Peter Ward (Executive Chairman) (63 years)
Peter has over 35 years experience working within companies which design, manufacture and market products, the majority of which have been at board level. He has held senior management roles at Peugeot SA, where he was subsequently Managing director of Motorquip Limited. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars and Managing Director Operations for Vickers plc. Peter was also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cunard Line and is a previous Chairman of Riva Yachts. He is currently Chairman of TG21 plc and Hartest Holdings plc.
Tony Osbaldiston (Finance Director) (56 years)
Tony is a chartered accountant who has followed a career in financial management with publicly quoted companies. He has been Finance Director of both Max Factor UK Group (cosmetics) where he was employed between 1985 and 1989 and Volvo Car UK Ltd where he was employed between 1989 and 1994. He then joined FirstGroup plc in 1995 as Finance Director and in 1999 was promoted to Deputy CEO and CEO of FirstGroup America. He joined Raymarine as Finance Director in August 2004. He is currently a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of BSS Group plc. Tony has a MSc in management sciences from Durham University.
Stephen Day (Senior Independent Non-executive director) (63 years)
Stephen has 40 years experience in the electronics industry. His early career was spent in financial management with various companies including GEC Plc. He then moved into general management gaining extensive experience in international operations, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions. In 1985 he became Managing Director of Kam Circuits Ltd, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards. From 1989 until 1999 he was Group Chief Executive of Kode International Plc the computer and electronic components group. Stephen was the Senior Non-executive director of Radstone Technology Plc from 1998 to 2006. He is currently a Non-executive director of Belgravium Technologies Plc.
Jim Webster (Non-executive Director) (58 years)
Jim has over 30 years experience developing, manufacturing and marketing high technology products internationally. At Raychem Corporation he held a number of senior management positions in manufacturing and business development, serving high growth electronics and transportation markets and was Gerneral Manager of the European Wire and Cable business. Since 1993 he has been an Executive director of Spectris plc, responsible for a number of the Group's precision instrumentation and controls companies. He holds a BSc (Hons) in metallurgy from the University of Leeds.
