To make a provisional booking the Training Course Booking Form above must be submitted.
Methods of Payment
Payment of the course fees must be made in advance and should be made within 14 working days or within 5 working days of the start date of the course, whichever is sooner. Payment can be made by credit/debit card. A payment form will be sent to you when your booking is received. Please note that a booking is not secured until payment is received.
All payments quoted are exclusive of VAT, which is applicable at the standard rate.
Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.
It is possible to substitute an alternative delegate on any place booked at no additional cost.
A confirmed booking may be transferred to another Raymarine training course, availability permitting, providing that course takes place within three months of the date originally booked. Raymarine plc is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available. Requests to transfer should be made in writing by post or email. A cancellation fee will be charged in respect of the original booking if the transferred booking is subsequently cancelled. A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.
