Raymarine announced as headline sponsor for the 2013 RYA Yachtmaster Instructors Conference
World leading marine electronics manufacturer Raymarine is pleased to announce it will be supporting the 2013 RYA Yachtmaster Instructor Conference as the title sponsor.
The 2013 RYA Yachtmaster Instructor Conference will be held at the Marriott Highcliff Hotel in Bournemouth 26-27 January 2013, with guest speakers Roger Towner, Chief Examiner and Registrar of Shipping for the Marine Coastguard Agency (MCA) and Richard Haworth from High Latitudes.
The annual conference attracts more than 260 delegates from around the world, including Cruising Instructors, Examiners, and Principals who run the RYA training courses. As the title sponsor, Raymarine will be providing a number of subsidised delegate places to new instructors, as well as giving an update on the latest developments in marine electronics and offering technical support and advice to those using Raymarine equipment on their boats.
Throughout the conference, Raymarine will have technical support personnel on hand to answer any questions and talk through the current range of Raymarine equipment available, some of which will be on display at the event. Additionally, door prizes will be presented to a select few attendees, courtesy of Raymarine.
RYA Training Manager and Chief Examiner, Richard Falk, says, “We are delighted to have Raymarine partnering with us once again for this event. The funding provided by Raymarine to support this event, along with their on-going discounts on Raymarine equipment to RYA training centres, is a very positive indicator of their commitment to RYA training.”
To book your place at the conference please contact Bethan Jenkins on 02380 604 183. Booking forms need to be returned by Monday 14th January 2013.
